Monitoring We will constantly monitor the engineers/tradesman progress to ensure they have arrived at the property and that we know the situation on site. This enables us to report back to you at any time with the extent of the work required and the cost associated with it. Invoices Aardvark ensure all invoices are checked against engineers/tradesmen worksheets, this is to make sure that you are only paying for the work done, the work meets legislative standards and that all work is completed to a high standard. Interim Inspections & Maintenance We recognise that your properties may need care and attention over and above our reactive maintenance. Please see details of each task below. |
